Seconds quality tableware or giftware
Seconds products are the result minor imperfections created during the manufacturing process.
Seconds will differ in the reason for their selection as such but will always be fit for purpose.
Imperfections may show in the decoration where some variation is a natural part of the hand decorating process.
Seconds can be identified by a marked backstamp (polished away or scratched)
Seconds paperweights will have a silver stopper. Best quality will have a gold stopper.

Payment and Delivery information
Payment
Payment will be accepted by credit or debit card on this site. Cards accepted are Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Switch.
Your card will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling.
No charge will be made until goods are despatched.
Delivery
Goods ordered on this site will be delivered by our contracted carrier.
Please allow 28 days for delivery.
P&P and handling charges are £6.50.
Orders over £75 will be delivered free of charge.
The p&p and handling charge will automatically be added to your invoice total when you complete the details on your order and before you complete the transaction.

Refunds and Returns Policy
All goods are available while stocks last only.
Royal Crown Derby seconds are created as a result of imperfections during the manufacturing process.
Customer assistants will complete a selection process on the customer's behalf.
All goods sold as seconds product are NON-RETURNABLE. However, if you are unhappy with your product for any reason please Contact us for further discussion
All returns must be authorized by Royal Crown Derby within 7 days of receipt.
If for any reason you should wish to cancel your contract with us, please inform us within 7 days of delivery of your goods. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
VAT Information
Value Added Tax is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. UK VAT is currently 17.5% and is included in all product prices displayed on the Royal Crown Derby web site.
