This pattern was selected by the ship's owners from our pattern books over 100 years ago but it looks as fresh today as it no doubt did then, a testament to superb design. The pattern consists of a band of encrusted gold work with painted ornament of Chaplet and Festoons in the style of Louis XVI, delicately finished in tints of green.
