Royal Crown Derby is one of the oldest and best-known companies in Derby, and has produced the finest china and tableware here since the 18th century. Situated only half a mile from Derby City Centre we are easily reached from all areas of Derby and our employees travel by train, bus, car or bicycle from every direction. Our workforce is currently 320 employees, made up of people from many different backgrounds and cultures.




There are employment opportunities from manufacturing to sales and every other area of the business, including mould making, casting, flat making, lithography, gilding, painting, screen printing where we manufacture our own lithographs, warehousing and despatch, administration, finance, I.T., sales and marketing, management, retailing, catering and security.
